CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The salon is open to amateur and professional photographers from all over
the world. Entrants must be authors of the works they submit.
Each participant may send maximum of 4 photographs to each section.
The organizer can use the exhibited works for reproduction in the catalogue
and for promotion without paying any author's fee.
DATA PROTECTION
By entering this exhibition, you are explicitly consenting to the personal
details you have supplied, including email addresses, being held, processed and
used by the exhibition organizers for purposes associated with this exhibition.
You also explicitly consent to such information being sent to organizations
which have accorded official recognition, patronage or accreditation to this
exhibition. You acknowledge and accept that entering this exhibition means that
the status and results of your entry may be made public.
Your email address and contact information will not be made public.
SECTIONS
- There are 4 sections, all digital:
A) WOMAN MAN CHILD (color/monochrome digital)
B) PORTRAIT (color/monochrome digital)
C) OPEN COLOR (color digital)
D) OPEN MONOCHROME (monochrome digital)
- Each photo can be presented in only
one section.
PICTURES CREATED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS SALON!
Pictures created by artificial intelligence are not allowed in salons run under FIAP patronage.
It is reminded that all parts of the image have to be photographed by the author who is holding the copyright of all works submitted. Offenders will be sanctioned for life!
PHOTOGRAPHS
AUTHORS MUST FILL OUT ENTRY FORM AND SUBMIT PHOTOS ONLINE
Photos must be in JPG file format, maximum dimensions: 1920 pix. Horizontal side and
1080 pix. Vertical side in 300 dpi. compression 7-12, max 2Mb.
FILE NAMING
No requirements for file names, file name should be as you
would want it to appear in the catalogue (same as title name).
Our program will later add the necessary data .
Only English letters (a-z) are allowed.
ENTRY FEE
30 Eur. for any 1 or 2 sections
40 Eur. for any 3 or all 4 sections
Entry fee is mandatory for all participants.
Possible ways of payment:
- PayPal transfer (Preferred method)
- The works of the authors who did not pay the fee would not be taken
into consideration.
REPORT CARD NOTIFICATIONS
All participants will receive report card notifications via e-mail.
The results of the exhibition will also be published on the website www.dpw.rs

The decision of the jury is final and irrevocable, complaints are not possible.
